Learning About Africa

25 Feb

When we got back from our trip to Idaho, we were surprised to find that our homeschool co-op was starting a new learning unit on Africa!  What a surprise!  We were so excited to jump in and find out about the continent that we would be moving to and we have not been disappointed.  We have seen video footage of Angel Falls, the Congo River and a myriad of African Animals.   Enjoy some of these amazing sites from Africa with us!

Caleb and Reagan were able to try out some African musical instruments.  It was a lot of fun playing different instruments with friends and creating different sounds.

    Hello from Bunia!
Our family has been working here with Wycliffe for 10 years, but only moved into Bunia 3 years ago. We’ll be gone on a long furlough when you arrive, Lordwilling, but maybe one day we will meet on this side! In the meantime, we’re happy to correspond if your kids have questions. Thanks for following Him wherever He leads and being willing to GO! Grace on your preparations!
